Is Social Media Just for Laughs? Insights from AAA’s 2013 Social Media Survey

In this poster we present the results of the 2013 AAA Social Media survey, which was designed to give AAA’s social media managers a better understanding of how people use AAA’s online platforms, and to provide insights that will allow the con6nued improvement AAA’s use of online social media. We comment on the insights this survey has provided on how people use AAA social media, what they value and what they’d like to see more of.
